From Vampire Princess Miyu ep 26 (Final). The last clip for this series. In reality this scene is in the beginning of the episode, but we can understand it only in the end.

A brutal and macabre scene: the ball, in reality, is Chisato’s head and Miyu is playing with it. We can see in the end of the ending theme Miyu embraces the ball that changes in Chisato’s head (well, I don’t think that an human’s head could bounce in that way XD). In the dark Miyu tells Larva that they have stopped too much time in that city, it’s time to go away.
